🗓 Return / Exchange Window
We offer a 5-day 'No Question Asked' return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after 5 days of receiving the order will not be accepted.
🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)
To ensure a smooth resolution in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.
The video must:
✔ Be continuous (no cuts or edits)
✔ Clearly show the sealed package being opened
✔ Show the product and issue clearly
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims for damaged or wrong items.
🔁 Returns / Exchanges Eligibility
We offer exchanges if:
✔ The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
✔ All original tags and packaging are intact
✔ The request is raised within 5 days of delivery
✔ You are welcome to try the product but it should be in returnable and purchasable condition.
You may exchange for:
• A different size
• A different color
• A different product of equal or higher value (price difference payable)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that are worn, washed, stained, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original tags or packaging
🔍 Quality Check Before Approval
All returned items are first received and inspected by the Baby Ninja team.
Exchange or store credit will be processed only after the product passes our quality check, ensuring it is unused and in original condition.
Items that do not meet our return standards may be sent back to the customer.
💵 Refunds
We do not provide monetary refunds.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a Baby Ninja credit note, which:
✔ Can be used on any future purchase
✔ Has a validity of 12 months
✔ Is non-transferable and cannot be encashed
🚚 Return & Exchange Shipping
- A pickup will be arranged by Baby Ninja for approved returns/exchanges
- Return and exchange shipping charges must be borne by the customer
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
